Welcome to Long Image Workshop
These terms govern Long Image Workshop and its website, provided by Hangzhou Tuyu Zhixing Technology Co., Ltd. Please read them and our Privacy Policy before use. If you disagree, stop using the service. Minors should use the app with guidance from a parent or guardian.
1. Service and license
The app provides image stitching, long-image editing, annotations, redaction, splitting and export. You may use it on devices you lawfully control subject to these terms. Features may vary by platform, version and purchase entitlement; consult the app for availability.
2. Your content and rights
You retain your rights in your source material and creations. Using the app does not transfer those rights to us. Only process images you are entitled to use, obtain necessary permissions, and respect copyright, likeness and privacy rights. Do not use the service to unlawfully disclose personal information, infringe rights or create fraudulent content.
3. Reviewing your results
Automatic stitching, text recognition and sensitive-information detection can make mistakes or miss content. Review seams, crops and redactions before saving or sharing, especially names, account details and other sensitive information. Detection does not replace your own review. Keep backups of original images.
4. Purchases and platform services
Where a platform version offers paid features, the purchase screen specifies pricing, features and payment terms. In-app purchases are handled by the app store or platform payment service you use. Refunds and purchase restoration follow applicable law and store rules. We do not receive full payment card details or store passwords. These terms do not authorize future charges.
5. Changes and responsibility
We maintain and improve the app but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device or suitability for every purpose. We may restrict unlawful or abusive use as permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses from device faults, third-party outages or user actions that are not attributable to us. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Privacy and third parties
Our Privacy Policy explains image processing, local storage, support communications and platform services. When you share to another app, use system backups or visit an external site, the relevant provider’s terms and privacy policy also apply.
7. Updates and disputes
Updates and their date will appear here. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes and obtain consent where legally required. These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China without removing mandatory consumer protections in your location. Please contact us first about disputes; unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction.
